We recommend these plastic earrings to our patients because they not only work well for those who already have a nickel allergy or sensitivity, but they also eliminate the risk of developing a nickel allergy.

Blomdahl earrings provide optimal healing by allowing air to circulate around the piercing with the help of longer posts for thicker earlobes and earring backs that are always fixed at the tip of the post as opposed to right up against the skin. These posts are also slightly thicker, resulting in wider holes that allow you to safely swap out earrings without fear of damaging the hole after the initial healing process.
